- Improved surface quality: TiAIN carbide inserts can improve surface quality. 

- Decreased thrust cutting force: TiAIN carbide inserts can decrease thrust cutting force, which is the load on the cutting tool. 

- Optimal chip flow: TiAIN carbide inserts can optimize chip flow. 

TiAlN coatings have a higher hardness and lower coefficient of friction than others. They offer excellent wear resistance and extend the lifespan of cutting tools and mechanical components
