BUYYESTOOLS Policy and Procedures

1. MINIMUM ORDERS: All orders will be a minimum of $50.00 net. Any orders less than minimum will be charged at the $50.00 minimum rate.
   
   
2. TERMS: We accept all major credit cards for purchases.
   
   
3. DELIVERY: All merchandise will be shipped FOB, Aloris Factory, Clifton, N.J.,07011. We ship UPS. All merchandise will be shipped in partial shipments, unless notified to the contrary, The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
   
   
4. CLAIMS/SHORTAGES/SHORT SHIPMENTS: Claims, shortages, or short shipments must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Packaging must be intact and all claims must be reported through delivering carrier. Packaging must be retained for damaged goods inspection. Please always refer to our order number.
   
   
5. RETURNS/RESTOCKING CHARGES: All returns must be authorized and accompanied by an "RGA" number issued by Aloris and shipped prepaid. We will accept returns within a 30 day period as long as items have not been used. Aloris reserves the right to inspect and approve all returns.
   
   
6. SPECIALS: All special drills/inserts are on a quotation basis and are non-returnable and can not be cancelled once an order is received.
